Coconut Energy Balls!



Basically, these energy balls are my lifeline when I am craving a sweet snack. When I try to maintain a raw diet, snacking is always my issue. I grab whatever is convenient and accessible. So meal prepping these bad boys make it way easier for me to curve my cravings!

The recipe is so simple too: 

1 Cup of Coconut Shreds

¼ cup of coconut oil

¼ sunflower seeds

¼ cup of coconut butter

¼ cup of walnuts

¼ cup of cashews

3 Medjool dates

¼ cup of almond milk

Blend all together in a food processor or Vitamix.

Freeze the wet batter together for 3 hrs.

Take out and roll into balls and roll in cinnamon or melted cacao!


I recommend eating only 1 a day for that snack time cravings!!
